Rates, APRs, fees, points, and program terms vary by loan amount, property type, occupancy, credit profile, loan-to-value, and market conditions, and are subject to change without notice. Any rate or payment discussed with you will be delivered in writing with its corresponding APR and full cost disclosures. Loan approval is subject to underwriting, income and asset verification, appraisal, and program guidelines.
