Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026. This notice describes the privacy practices of Elite Mortgage Group and Matt Hoegen, and is provided in accordance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and its implementing Regulation P.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly — name, phone number, email address, and any details you include in a message or loan inquiry. If you move forward with a loan application, we collect the financial information required to evaluate it, such as income, employment, assets, debts, and credit history. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as pages visited and general device data.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate and process a mortgage application, comply with federal and state lending law, and — only where you have given consent — send you follow-up calls, texts, or emails. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share it
Nonpublic personal information is shared only as permitted by law: with lenders, investors, credit bureaus, appraisers, title companies, insurers, and service providers needed to complete your transaction; with regulators and as required by law; and with you or at your direction. Service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they perform for us.
How we protect it
This website is served over an encrypted TLS (HTTPS) connection. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information, and we limit access to employees who need it to provide services to you.
Your choices
You may opt out of marketing calls, texts, or emails at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking to be removed on a call, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing does not affect communications required to service a loan in process. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you.
